Here's a basic list of equipment in every South Asian's kitchen:

  • Wok, or deep frying pan
  • Skillet, small and large
  • Pressure Cooker
  • Food processor, small
  • Blender
  • Basic Stock Pot
  • Coffee grinder, for grinding spices
  • Mortar & Pestle
