Here's a basic list of equipment in every South Asian's kitchen:

- Wok, or deep frying pan
- Skillet, small and large
- Pressure Cooker
- Food processor, small
- Blender
- Basic Stock Pot
- Coffee grinder, for grinding spices
- Mortar & Pestle
